Naoko Eto is a professor at the Department of Political Science at Gakushuin University. She holds an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University and a PhD in Political Science from Keio University. Her main research focus includes contemporary Chinese politics, Japan-China relations and East Asian Affairs. She is also Senior Fellow and Head of the China Group at the Institute of Geoeconomics.
